Scope of Offerings

We provide three categories:

Consulting Services – One-on-one or group guidance sessions.

Info Products – Digital materials such as reports, guides, and toolkits.

Goods – Physical items such as books and training kits.

Refund Policy

This section details refund procedures for each type of offering.

Consulting Services

Requests for a refund must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. You may reschedule a session without penalty if you provide notice at least 7 days in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 7 days before are not eligible for a refund, as time is reserved exclusively for you. If we are unable to deliver the session, a full refund will be issued.

Info Products

Digital materials may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 30 days.

Goods

Physical items may be shipped back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs to send items back are the customer’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund of the purchase fee within 14 days.

Schedule Changes

Requests to change the timing of any service must be made at least 7 days before the original date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new time.

Modifications to Terms

EconMindset may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our offerings after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
